Not so with Greg. He is friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. He arrived with a smile and a sunny, engaging disposition. Courteous and polite throughout, Greg took the time to answer any questions I had, and provided explanations in a language I could understand (always a bonus!)
Greg knows what he is doing. He put an enormous amount of effort into solving my tricky plumbing problem, working outside in the pouring rain for a considerable amount of time.
